Default Visa Application Fees

Hello all,

Can I just check that I am calculating the fees correctly?

I am migrating as a Skilled Indenendant Worker with my wife and 3 kids.

Does this mean that the costs are therefore:

Me: $1745
Wife and kids: $1175 each

totalling...

$6445?????

Hi
You'll be relieved to know that its only one application fee, $1745 in total, thats after your fees for the skills assessment. You'd have to be pretty determined to shell out $6445!

Phew! Than goodness for that.

If that were not the case, we'd be spending all out cash on applying and never be able to afford to get out there!!

Do not forget that, if you are applying from within Australia, you will be
required to pay for your Medical Examination (by DIMIA referral MDs) and
that would be a further $300 +
