Question Visa Application

Yesterday, we received a letter from the agent. They had been busy filling in our Visa Application 47SK, Form 80's and the form for Skill Matching.

All we had to fill in on the 47SK was:-

Where we wanted to migrate to
How much we were taking with us approx
Details regarding mine and Andy's parents
Where we had lived in the past 10 years
Bank details for the payment of the application

and then sign it.

Regarding the Form 80's

we just had to put where we lived in the last 10 years
Details of places of employment

then sign

Regarding the Skill Matching form

Just details of my current job - giving an synopsis of what I do at Royal Doulton.

Then sign

The only other thing we had to do was a statement regarding Andy's conviction detailing what and how it happened

[B]We have sent it all of this morning - we also sent the cheque for the remainder of the Agent's fees (it was not requested but we thought If they are happy with the application on return - they would only spend another week asking for the money before they could lodge it - so why wait!!!!!!!!)

Can anyone think of anything else we will have to do before it can be lodged?

All though this is a premature question regarding Medicals - How soon after contacting the Doctor could you get an appointment for medicals?

As there are 7 of us, they want as much notice for the Medical appointment as possible - what do you think we should do - can anyone suggest a time span?

Over and Out!!!!!

Is that it now - can we go into hibernation!!!!!!!

Luv to everyone

Lisa

Lisa,

What do you mean by giving your doctor notice?

Heather I called in at the Surgery - fortunate for me the Doctor who can do our medicals is based at our Gp surgery.

I asked about the appointment waiting list for a medical beause with there being such a lot of us I wanted to know where we stood.

They have told us that we will have to book well in advance as there are 7 of us wanting medicals so a longer appointment slot will have to be made.

luv lisa

Lisa,
Do they all have to be done at the same time? Perhaps you could make appointments over a few days?

You mean the Dr already said to give him loads of notice? You already spoke with him? What's the big deal with doing 7 medicals?

Cheers - Don

But if he's charging you a rate per person, you should get all the time it needs! If you get a discount group rate, that's different - but not likely either (is it?).
