Get in touch with case officer or AHC (fax is best for AHC) and find out what's going on. You don't want to be denied boarding your flight.

Out of interest, why doesn't your daughter have her own passport? It makes life a lot simpler - for example, after 26 Oct, she will not be able to visit or transit the US visa free without her own UK passport.

If you've got to get the visa re-stamped, it may make sense to sort out a passport for your daughter *before* doing this. The UK Passport Service is fairly quick to issue passports at the moment, as far as I know.
