Visa In 20 Days!!!!
Hi There
Well today we received the phonecall from Agent to confirm that Garys Visa has been Approved.
It was sent in on 6th March 03 and Approved today!!!
Spouse Visa very quick!!
20 DAYS IN ALL!!!!!
Not that we want to rub your noses in.
But we FEEL GOOD!!!!
Next step sell our house all action go now.
Keep your chins up your turn will come soon.

If you were applying for a spouse visa and it was obviously fairly straightforward could i ask why you went to the expense of using an agent?
We are in the process of gathering required info for spouse visa and plan on doing it ourselves. What, would you say, were the benefits of using an agent?
Also where in Oz are you planning on settling?

Wow twenty days !!! how cool is that!!
I suppose that was front end loading????
In that case I bet I,ll have my hubbys visa very quick, once we have police check back it may only take a month to get visa after that.
Good luck with the house, sell it quick and hope it all goes smoothly. Where in Oz are you going. we off to Melbourne.

visa in 20 days

Thanks for all the good luck messages and to answer a few of the questions here goes.
We used an Agent as to busy and wanted everything to go through without any hassle and for the fee felt it was worth it as we have enough hassle in our lives at moment without worrying over paperwork.
Yes we did front load it all which was also another lot of our mind once that was all done and especially the medical which was a concern to my hubby as he ate to many pies!!!
Police clearence came through within 30 days.
Aiming to go Perth.Dont know where or anyone out there no job lined up just going to take a risk in our life and hope its the best thing we done.We have only heard mainly positive things so that helps.
Are we mad dont know, we havent even told the In-Laws yet!!!!
