Default Views about Dunedin

There have been plenty of views about Christchurch and Wellington recently and Christchurch is our prefered choice, but I have just received a pack about Dunedin - looks really nice or am I just being seduced by the house prices?

BTW any views on New Plymouth, Hamilton or any other decent sized town/city?

Cheers

Founded by the Scots; lovely architecture: hilly!; not always an agreeable climate; BIG student town (Otago Uni) so chocker in Term time; beautiful surroundings and wildlife; good rugby team (Highlanders)......lots of character.
