I liked the question

What should you do if you are following someone and they disappear around the corner

1) Accelerate until you catch them up
2) Pull over and wait for them to come back
3) Drive on normally

Congrats Nick. Me and Hevs got 91 as well. I think Booboo got 98% :lecture:

Default driving test?

I wonder if in order to convert the licence to a OZ one, it is necessary to pass a driving test as well as the "theory" one.
From previous posts I gather not but would be grateful if anyone could confirm.
Thanks

It varies from state to state. In Victroria, if you hold a UK licence, you just need to pass the theory test. However, I think this is different in other states and territories.

I'm sure others will fill you in on the other states.

Nick had this one as well. He also liked the question that suggested that all truck drivers are aggressive and you shouldn't overtake them, or if you do, do not return to their lane until you're out of sight

We are going to Victoria indeed.

I wonder if anyone can check in their paperwork whether the same as UK licences applies to converting an Italian licence.

Many thanks.

Yeah, that's what I meant. Like us Brits you don't have to go through a practical test.

Well, you guys were all right - it certainly is simple.

I'm pleased to say that I managed to sneak in with a score of 97%, so I am now the proud owner of a Victorian Driving Licence.

I thought some of the questions, which were obviously aimed at people applying for a learner permit, were a bit strange, but were just common sense really.

Also, please to say that the question about parking near the water hydrant came up, which I know thanks to joh117!

Your username reminds me of half of the front garden of my house when i was a kid.

It was a rose Garden: Half were White and half were Red.
My mum and dad were from Lancashire & Yorkshire respectively.

Thanks ABCDiamond.

So do you consider yourself to be from Yorkshire or Lancashire or neither?
