Victoria - Xmas Day

Please somebody tell me this is not true:

"In Victoria, where Christmas falls on a Saturday or Sunday no substitute holiday is given"

At least this year Xmas falls on a Monday and won't fall on a weekend for another 4 years:)

as far as I am aware this is only true for Australia Day (thanks to Steve Bracks :mad: ).

Christmas is a different matter: we have been here 6 years and have always had 4 day weekends for Christmas
