From Vic to Queensland

From Vic to Queensland
Hi
We are moving to Queensland Brisbane in Jan. Currently we live in Victoria and have done so for 3 years. But hubby's job is taking us to a warmer climate!
We have two boys 10 and 7 and I was wondering if anyone can give us some advise on the Redcliffe area? Kippa Ring, Deception bay.
We will need some help on some good state primary schools too.
After moving from the UK to hear moving state feels like a small move, but as we have kids we need to be setting up in the right area.
