You may want to consider being in a suburb close to a good hospital, in case you want any Australian-born children. Although you have enough for a soccer team, you don't yet have enough for an AFL team

No idea about accommodation but just wanted to counter some of the slightly negativeresponses you've had. With twelve kids two of the issues immigrants face probably won't apply to you: your kids have got heaps of pals coming with them to tide them over as they settle and adjust, and you will almost certainly not face all your kids leaving the country you've settled in in their adulthood and leaving you alone. Hope it goes well for you
