Just had a lovely chat with our migration agent in Washington. I was a bit nervous about calliing because I wasn't sure whether only getting one copy of the medical forms was condsidered important enough. Anyway they couldn't have been more helpful - forms are being sent today and he said that he would be looking at our application today and that if the health and character checks came back OK then there should be no probs!

We are on a Employer Sponsored visa so we hoped that it would go through quickly but there is always a slight bit of doubt. So, now we just have to wait to hear back from the FBI and UK police and get our meds done (and sell and ship all our stuff.......book flights etc etc )
