Default "Usually resident" was spouse (defaco) changes

This was causing a panic a few days ago.

Those with Aussie citizenships don't need to worry about being "usually resident" (for sponsoring maybe)....which was a relief for some here..however for those of us that are sponsoring as PR, what DOES "usually resident" actually mean?

do you have to build up so many months/years???!! Or is it enough to buy a home, and declare you have every intention of remaining?
