Users with multiple post counts? Do you ever sleep?

I'm curious, i repeat (for fear of getting the cyber-shit kicked out of me!) I'm curious, how the hell do some of you get post counts in the thousands???!!! and it's not like you've been registered for the past hundred years!

4000 posts!! what the hell do you do all day? I've been here about 2 years & post from time to time, when there is something to post about and I'm only on about 250.
It's like a cyber CB radio I guess!

Well as it says next to my name "non addicted member"

I think some of you should check in at the "Britty Ford Clinic"!!

Just a bit of fun, ok? No death threats please!:scared:

Oh, BTW, i only posted this to push my post count up a wee tad!:p :D  :)

Hi
Funny, I asked the same question when I started posting!
Could not believe the amount of time some people spend on this site! (in saying that, my husband is hooked)!!

As for the 4000+ post contenders, they do send a lot one liners:D

:) :) :)

Right then:mad:

Pretty much any question you can think of as been asked and answered here before in one way or another. Its easy to find the answers to any questions that you may have, just by doing a search.

Every now and again someone comes along with a little gem to add to this great pool of knowledge.:)

Whilst waiting for these little gems of info to appear some of us try to get to know one another by having a bit of banter and a light hearted look at life. This light heartedness sometimes means that we have to post quite a lot.

Sad I know, but its cheaper than going to the pub :)

Oh then there are times when things get right out of hand and people are throwing toys out of prams and that. Try to avoid those post if you value your sanity ;)

Basicaly its a little community, its nice to hear that Joe suchandsuch is getting on well in his new life. We can also offer support when things are not quite going right.

Is there anything in particular that you want to get of your chest?

We can help you know :scared:

Well thats another post for me.

:D

OK, another one to add to my post count!!

The vast majority of my posts were made just before leaving the UK - I was living alone, with my Bloke 12,000 miles away, and somehow talking to people about Australia brought him, and it, closer. Kept me out of the pub, as you say, kept me amused, stopped me fretting about how long it was till we could be together again, and I think there were some posts of value to other emigrants in there amongst the junk!
Then I also posted a lot when I first got here - no job, Bloke at work all day, no money, just a computer and several beer bottles for company!

Now we are both posting, both have friends made through the site, and as he falls asleep hours before I do, it keeps me amused late at night!!!

The truth is they are very, very sad people who probably can't put two sentences together if you met them face to face.
Cyberland helps them to alleviate their frustrations.
Bloody good isn't it.
