Useful tool for Property Seekers
FOund this link today, and thought may be useful for ppl looking at buying a property and wanna see the historic value ( kinda ) of properties.
Not as useful as RPDATA but still bloody interesting.

Nice, I just spent one hour putting median suburb prices into googleearth
How much does RPDATA cost?

...bit of a pain as you have to download each page individually but if you're just looking for Brisbane its all on the first 2 pages.

But, theres a way round it
if you know an address, and you type it into google.com.au, and then sift thru the listings, you MAY come across an rpdata entry for it, and read up historic sales value, purchase prices and past n present data for it.
It is a long shot, and ive managed to do it on 2 or 3 occasions.
Theres another way, but again we found it by accident, i will try and replicate what i did, and post the info back on here.
