Useful property magazine
For those of you that are interested in property prices, hot areas, predictions etc there is a great property magazine that we are subscribing to.

It tells you about all the lastest property trends, we have the Queensland one but I am sure they do other states as well. You can order back issues for $15.
Might be worth a look if you are into properety investment. It tells you things like each regions house sales, median prices whether they have gone up or down, rental prices etc.
