Here is my situation, please give me your advice.

I applied my NZ application right before my birth day. (After my birth day, my point can be deducted to 2 points). Meanwhile, my work experience is 4 month (not 2 month in my previous message) short to be located 1 more point at the time when I submitted my application. And after my application, I was out of job.
Since my point is 28, I was granted a work permit, which will be expired in the coming 6 months.
My question is if I found job any country which is related to my qualification and get 4 months work experice in 6 months. Can I be allocated 1 more point on my work experience and without point deduction on my age? Since I am Hong Kong citizen who is residing in U.S on student visa. It is hard to find job with visa sponsorship required and it will be very easy to find job in Hong Kong with my citizenship and my U.S. work experience.

Does anybody know whether my case can be assessed in my way. I needed make my decision very quickly, either work in Hong Kong or go to NZ to look for a job, otherwise, my time will be gone.

I am in the almost same situation with Grace, except I am not from HOng Kong. Does anyone think it is helpful to hire a laywer to handle my case?
