unfurnished rentals
Hi all,
Happy new year!!!
We are planning to move to Perth (Carin hopefully) and rent out initially. Just woundering what is included in unfurnished accommodation. Does it include curtains etc...

Unfurnished means exactly that, unfurnished. Will have stove/oven, possibly curtains but not any tables/chairs, fridge, beds, washing machine, tv etc, you will have to supply those.
