The employment figures release today surprised on the upside, but it means an interest rate rise early in the new year is a dead set certainty. Glen Stevens will use the strong employment figures as an excuse to crush the housing bubble for once and for all!

If you are unemployed in WA, you are either:
a. A f**kwit (aka unemployable)
b. Don't want to work

Do you have a hidden agenda? All your posts are to convince us the property prices are expected to crash. The recent REIWA and bank reports are that property prices have stabilised?

Can I quote you on that next year? In which month will the housing crash begin? Bearing in mind that some people are claiming it has already started, how much difference will an interest rate rise actually make?

Rubbish. Glen Stevens looks at more data than just employment figures.
