Default Unaccompanies Personal Effects Statement

I am in the process of completing the above form 'B534'

As I don't know where exactly I will be living, is it OK to put the address of 'intended or actual Australia residential address' as c/o my employer's name and address?

Does the form need to go with the goods, or should I submit it when they arrive in Oz, by which time I will have an address?

Thanks for your usual help

Hi,

I had to send all paperwork to London Baggage Ltd before the bags would leave the UK. However, said company is appalling at communication and I'm not sure how it works to be honest.

Still don't have a tracking number so bags likely to be in Melbourne, Derbyshire rather than the other one.

Hi Roger
In the middle of doing the same form myself, i was told that the B534 forms needs to go with your stuff, i have got to give it to the removal men next week when they come into pick the stuff up. I have also got to fill out an Insurance form and this has to be sent to the removal head office in Australia, but needs to be there before the removal men come in your home. We have also put down the employers details because not sure of exactly where we will be when it arrives
Hope this helps
Hudgw
