Although there are some reciprocal arrangements for Working Holiday Maker between Australia and UK but the rules from UK side are same for Zimbabwe and Australia.

If a citizen of Zimbabwe will apply for UK Working Holiday Maker Visa then he need to provide significant evidence that he will return to Zimbabwe at the completion of his holiday and the same is true for an Australian citizen.

Working Holiday Maker visa is a 2 years visa and which employer from Australia will give you 2 years leave from work to enjoy holidays in UK?
