Default UK Stakeholder pension

My wife is starting a UK stakeholder pension. She is told that she may contribute to it for 5 years after giong to Oz and still get UK tax relief.

Does this fall within the FIF rules to be declared and taxed on its growth while in Oz? I know that any growth from residency would be taxed if the pension was transferred to Oz, but am not sure about this.

Thanks
