UK property and mortgage

Has anyone who moved out successfully kept re-mortgaging on a property in U.K. And if so do you have any recommendations of companies to use. TIA

When the question's been asked in the past, most people seem to recommend using a mortgage broker.

If you have a residential mortgage but are renting your property out, your lender would expect you to switch to a buy to let mortgage or at the least, obtain their 'consent to let'. Some people have said they haven't informed their lender that they're living overseas and renting their property, and they don't expect any problems as long as they keep their mortgage payments up. Not something I'd be doing though, it's too valuable an asset to mess around with!

Here is an article from a few years back regarding telling your lender. If you have he money to repay the loan in full, then you may get away without telling your lender.
