UK Police Check Expiry ?
here is one for the knowledgeable crew....
Got my UK police checks done as of Jan 2002. Now, I havent been back to the UK since March 2001 (living in Australia on 457), and my Skilled Independent Migration application is (all things being equal) to be processed Feb 2003.
The question is - even though I havent been out of Australia back to the UK, will i still have to redo my UK police checks should they "expire" prior to assessment ?
Bit ridiculous if they do, but hey ho.

Yes, I believe you'll need to obtain a new report.
