Default UK passport

We are travelling back to the Uk in June, daughter has a UK passport which only has 6 months left, is this enough ?

Yes, unless you are having a stopover en route in somewhere like SIngapore - many countries require a validity of over 6 months. If all you are doing though is going direct Aus-UK with just the brief stop for refuelling partway then she will be OK.

We will be stopping at Singapore Airport for 5 hours
