UK loan to purchase Sydney property
Gents,
Firstly, Sydney / Perth property prices are over valured compared to the salary. However, its value for money compared to property prices in London.
I doubt, but its their away of getting a loan from the UK but in Aus dollars? I sold my property in UK in April 07 and the money is still in the UK. Aus $ in getting stronger.
On the other hand, would the property prices crash in the Northshore Sydney.
Presure from my mrs to purchase soon...but I feel its the wrong time !!!
