On another topic, has the Ozzy half of the relationship got British citizenship also? If not, it might be worth becoming naturalised British before leaving the UK.

Processing time for British citizenship is 4-6 months, including time for a ceremony:
http://www.ind.homeoffice.gov.uk/applying/nationality/
You will need to look at form and guide AN. Also, you now need to do the Life in the UK Test before you apply. http://www.lifeintheuktest.gov.uk
However, assuming you are married to a British citizen, the fact you are planning to leave the UK is not grounds for refusal.
