Trying to sell your stuff before going?

Trying to sell your stuff before going?
One outlet might be www.preloved.co.uk
It's a free website on which you can advertise just about anything, and includ a photo too.
It has categories for all sorts of household items, cars, boats etc.
The only slight drawback is that for the first ten days, although your ad is freely available, the only people who can access your email address or phone no. (if you give it) are "full" members, who pay £7 pa for the privilege. After that time, anyone can.
I've sold several things on this site in the last week or two. When you have all sorts of rubbish to dispose of, advertising is the way to go but it gets expensive if you have to do it for weeks - this site is very useful!

Anything we can't shift on e-bay we take weekly to the car bootie! Great income and good fun!
We did our first car boot last weekend and laughed so much it hurt. We were quite pleased with the result as well. Makes you less sentimental about keeping things when you realise some people will buy any old tat. Came home saying now what else can we sell?
Huge fun and we're all set to go again this weekend. And we've even come up with some new ideas to get rid of stuff that isn't selling!

Fabby isn't it. As long as any price is a bonus then you can't go wrong. And we pull nonsence too like handy tortoise shell - doubles as an ashtray etc.....
E-bay is funny - if it's black- list as Goth and it will sell instantly....if it has any chain or leather sell as Fettish - gone before you blink - hysterical! It's all in the marketing! Even sold an old gas mask under fettish once! hoho!
