Hubby said on his travels around Australia Melbourne was the only place he got lost when driving around. He did say the trams were a nightmare and if a tram stops you must STOP as the passengers just jump off in all directions. He did say once you got used to driving around though, which was fairly quickly, it was fine and nothing to worry too much about.
