Does anyone know of a company that does comprehensive pre existing conditions cover travel insurance please?

I am seeing 2 specialists at the moment for unrelated issues. One involves an upcoming knee surgery and one I'm on a lot of meds for.

I don't want to be in Thailand and my knee dislocate.......which it partially does frequently. I'm more worried about full than partial dislocations.

I found a highly rated one just now but they specifically exclude anyone with upcoming surgery etc.....
