Just wanted to say (because I know MD is member on here) that we have just done another transfer with them and its gone through no problems at all.

I agree...we have done about 5 now both ways and no problems at all.

But why oh why do UK banks take 3 days to shift money..? We know the answer - to keep the interest, but it should be stopped.

Yes you are right, not heard of them called tranzfers though. I use them too, never had a problem. Took 5 days for some money to clear from my end.

Yep I found Tranzfers great too.

I recently deposited a 1,000 pound cheque into my bank - ANZ. Not only did it take over four weeks (can take up to six ) to clear but I got a rubbish rate and they charged me almost $100 (50 squid) for the privilege of gambling with my money :curse:

Tranzfers is the part of the company that deals with smaller amounts, while OKForez/OZForex deal with the larger stuff.

tranzfers were ok with me, must admit i did have problems with them ignoring emails as they were keener to communicate via phone!

I'd of thought email would have been alot quicker and easier.

I think its part of their security process that they prefer to speak to the person individually.

Wish they'd have said that at the time, doesn't matter now though as i sussed the problems out myself and am using their service with no problems.
