Looks convenient. Not sure how it stacks up fee wise against the other players?

Re: Transferwise.com
Used it a few years back as was meant to be a saving over Forex & XE.com mainly down to transfer fees. However, the way the transaction was taken wasn't the best as it didn't give you a live confirmed exchange rate. Instead it locked in the exchange rate at that moment you pressed the button and would wait around until it reached this target again unless you went back into the trade to give a percentage above and below you were willing to accept the trade. So if unaware you could be waiting weeks till the transaction was actually completed.
XE.com locks you in at the rate when you press complete and gives you 1 minute to complete the transaction before having to refresh for a new live rate. I believe Forex is similar in this respect but I've been with XE long before Forex existed so am happy with them.

Not sure how the fees for smaller transactions compare.

I've been a user of Ozforex/Tranzfers for years now, wouldn't use anyone else not just cos the rates are good but also because their customer service has always been fantastic.

Totally agree Polly, their brokers are really friendly and helpful. I was so worried that something would go wrong when I did my first transaction, now I just log in, couple of clicks and it's done.

Used it to shift my money to Oz tax free. Would recommend.

The rest of the transactions are, as you say, so quick and easy
