Default Transferring one Super into another

I have two Supers ...one with ANZ, and one with Hesta ...my Industry Superfund.

I'd like to put the ANZ one with the Hesta...and have the latter as my active Super account.
I phoned Hesta, and someone told me to do it online...but I couldn't work it out

Anyone done this, and can tell me the best way to go about it?
Thanks

I have done it a couple of times but not with those co's. It has been quite a simple process; once on-line, once on paper for me. I think once I told the old company and once I told the new one and they just took care of it for me. You just need to give the names, addresses and account numbers.

Maybe try phoning ANZ and tackle it from that end?

Online, is it the 'roll-over' option?

Otherwise, I will.

Thanks, Cas

Thanks...that is what confused me ... the way it was worded, it seemed as though it was only like Supers...ie same company.
Must have misinterpreted it.
Thanks
