Transferring Hard Currency (GBP) to AUD in Sydney
Hey all
I am bringing a large sum of pounds into Australia and wanted to get any tips or advice around the best place to exchange it for Aussie Dollar once I land in Sydney over the weekend?
We are going to leave the majority of our money in the UK hopefully until the exchange rate turns, but for now the first thing we need to to when we land is exchange our cold hard pounds for some nice warm Aussie cash.

I thought I would get a better rate in Sydney. Also I'm currently in Cyprus at the moment, and won't be returning to UK any time soon
