there's a website dedicated to commonwealth games that should have details of the road closures...... (I'm too lazy to check for you though)

Check out the commonwealth games website posted earlier. It has all the road closures in PDF format, but its in event format so need to scroll through.
As far as I know St Kilda Road isn't closed tomorrow but it is on Sunday, and Beaconsfield parade is and is closed until Wednesday.
Could also check out Vic Roads website and look at daily road conditions
