trading standards!

Can anyone tell me what the equivalent of trading standards is in Perth please, having problems under the extended warranty with my dish washer, want to know where we stand

Dept for Consumer Protection is a good starting point.

they just referred me on when I had a complaint a few months ago -but the body which did deal with the complaint were excellent.
