Trade certificates--TRA??

Trade certificates--TRA??
Hi it has been a long time since we applied and received TRA assesment. Recently after applying for a job Graham was asked for a TRA certificate (which is gold & green A4 sized) This is the first time it has been mentioned to us, and we havnt received one, has anyone else been asked for one of these, or has anyone ever received one???? Graham was classed as a fitter/turner and this was on a white piece of paper which we included with our visa application.

Do they mean an ARTC certificate?
