Question tra work references

in the middle of doing my references for my work experience at the moment, but has anyone out there got a proven layout of what works.
the agents have sent me a sample but all three of my work records cannot look the same, may look a bit sus

if anyone can shed some light on the question please do so.

Woody

If they all looked the same "now" that would look sus.

Those reviewing your case realise that it is differcult to get past and present employers to conform to your requirements.
