Default Tra Help Please

Hi
We have had our tra declined based on my husband needing better references ( more detail ).
insufficient evidence - do we get the necessary and then appeal and attach further info or do we redo application?
not sure which route is best
thanks in anticipation of any help

Hi
There are a few on this forum who failed first time round, so dont feel too disheartened.
I dont think you can add info to TRA I think you will have to reapply, try posting this in the immigration forum.
Also you may be better with an agent!!

Good Luck

Okay my hubby failed the first time around & unless I am very much mistaken (or the rules have changed) you cannot submit further information with an appeal. You HAVE to reapply if you submit further information. You usedto be able to send extra info with an appeal but not for a long time. If you choose to reapply, then you are asked to quote your original TRA ref number on the form. In doing this you are "linking" your original appl with the new one. They will then cross reference the old & new applications. That is what I was advised anyhow. Drop me a PM with your email address & I can let you know what we sent & how much detail we went into.

Chin up though - this is the hardest bit and there are many of us who fail the first or even second times!
