TRA ,do they send email?

TRA ,do they send email?
Hi all,can't remember but do the TRA let you know by email what the result is?
Day 20 now so waiting and watching.

We were informed of our result by letter, I'm 99% sure that is the way TRA do all results

We just did ours. It took exactly 20 days for the decision and then postage time before we got the certificate.
