Question TRA counter signatory info

Can anyone tell me exactly what has to be written by the solicitor on each page of all the TRA paperwork, please??

Hi K

Our Solicitor had the town, date and "Certified a true copy. Original seen." typed on every page then he signed his name and under that his name, title and address was also typed. Each page was also stamped with his name and "Solicitor & Notary Public".
