Default Top Gear - cheap motor

Did you watch last night, 3 cars all for under £100 and all good runarounds- thats what I want in Sydney.....but apparantly 2nd hand cars are quite expensive. On our validation We rented from 'rent-a-ruffy' in Manly- Brilliant loads cheaper than normal rental, and we just came across it walking around. Any ideas for buying would be great......

I've had a brief look a while ago at the aus autotrader site (or similar) and the prices are not to much different to here unless you want a European / Scandanavian built car.
