Today is the day!
So, yet another milestone reached today as we have now finally put our house on the market so if anyone is after a 6 bedroom detatched for around 475,000 then please do let us know;)

Scary, isn't it!!!!! :scared:
Of all the things that have been going on with the application, the arrival of a For Sale board outside the house was the thing that made it the most real!!! Ours appeared last Monday and we both stared at it and thought OMG, what if someone comes along and says they want to buy it, we will have no more reasons not to get on with it and book the flights!!! :scared: |

We are just a little nervous now as it all seems to be coming together and feels more real..........:scared:
Definatly time to celebrate with a few :beer:. We will keep you posted on any viewings, although we have not had any yet and its been up for sale for 4 hours and 12 minutes now;) Trish

We will do Amanda.
Hopefully we will be over in Oz sometime around Xmas time but are not too worried if we are not. Just have to see how it all goes over the next couple of months or so. September and October are meant to be the best months of the year for selling houses.......we shall see.......... Trish
