Timings
Once we have applied and paid the first VAC it appears we then go for medicals etc.THEN it says we have to pay the 2nd VAC before we get a decision. Does that mean if the decision is no 
we lose the 2nd Vac payment?D

I take it that as you are from sussex, that your (and you family that is emigrating) first language is English?
If that is the case then it is only one fee is payable.
