Talking Timescale visa granted after meds delivered?

Asked this question yesterday in a different forum but only got one reply from Wendy (thanks).

How long after your medicals are received in Sydney was it before your visa was granted?

Thanks in anticipation!!!

I think this depends on if they were frontloaded or not. Also what visa you have applied for.We are 136 MODL and at the moment it seems if you frontload you are waiting 4 months from date they rec app, if you wait for request it seems you get this around 4 months then you get your visa around a month after sending them. Please correct me anyone if this is wrong as it is just what seems to be happening reading peoples timelines.Hope this helps Nikki

Submitting your medicals and police clearance certificates before being asked for it by ASPC.

We're 136 MODL and our visa application went in in November. PCC etc went last week. Meds (requested) are currently flying to Sydney and should get there Friday. So I can (fingers crossed) expect to hear in 3-4 weeks! Yippee - gonna stay calm and tell myself that it will be longer - thanks to everyone who has replyed!!

OOhhh, thank you, I just though it was a washing machine that seems to have eluded the top-loading '70s time warped yanks!

so basically it doesn't appear to make much difference in time scale if you frontload or not.
