timeline stuff for Skilled Independent - Update
 

just a quick note - will be going on aus timelines as well.

Skilled Independent Migration, applied 7th Mar02, living in Melbourne on 457 Visa.

Today, received letter requesting further information re: Skills Assessment (i.e original) and Proof of Spouse Details. no mention of medical or anything else. gave time limit of 49 days to get information together.

see, they DO remember me !!

Similar boat...

We're in Melbourne, currently on a 457 but only applied for PR in
mid-July 2002. I also only sent a certified copy of my husband's
Skills Assessment believing all documents etc should be certified
copies of originals (I'm sure the application didn't clearly state
that the original was required, otherwise I would not have wasted
additional time)

I guess I'll just wait for the request to send the original...
