When they say they're up to end April 2001, what do you mean:
- all applications assessed;
- some applications assessed;
- all visas granted;
- some visas granted. If you don't know, then the information is no more useful than
knowing that London are working through their backlog (which we all knew anyway).

The reality is that the caseload moves at different speeds, depending on each case,
and I would think someone at AHC could say they were 'up to' a whole range of dates
and not strictly be telling any untruths.
