Well i have just had an admin delete one of my posts with no reason given, thats a joke if you look at some of the posts they let stay on here, you should watch your site a bit more and police it better, too many people putting up such nasty replies because they dont like what other people have said, some people seem to only listen to the Poms on this site when you have real Aussies on here giving you advice but no what do we know, we have only lived here most of our lives what do we know, i have met some very nice people on here with there heads screwed on who know what they want and get on and do it, you have people on here that have never been to oz telling people that are there now they don't know what they are talking about, how stupid of you, i have read through some of these posts, people will put down how they feel about Australia and if they say they dont like it they get a load s**t from some people, why i dont know, but when people say they love it and how much they love it you dont often see the people that hate it come on and give them s**t, so at the end of the day do what you want, listen to who you want, come to oz like it dont like it, emigrating to any country is hard, i have seen it break up marriages, family's, friends but i have also seen it work and work well, i think there are a lot of people that need to take a chill pill :D.


In every country there is crime, bad weather, slums, druggies, bad wages, Chav's just go by another name, no jobs, you feel home sick at some time or other, if you can find one bad thing in one country you can be sure you will find it in all the other ones as well, so i say to you all move to oz you will regret it if you dont ,but dont worry if you dont like it you can always move home. :)


So to all those nice people i have met on this website in a short time the ones that are staying and the ones going home good luck to you all in the future, :) :)

P.S you can reply how you want i may have a look but will not be putting anymore post on this site to many trolls and people with rose colored glass on :DI do fell sorry for the genuine members that post on here to get help and give help than get slamed down because certain people dont like the reply or questions.

I don't know what's happened but sometimes posts do get deleted for whatever reason and it shouldn't be taken personally.

You have a right to say your bit on here and it is good to hear it from all angles and the fact you are an Aussie who's lived or is living in UK is invaluable experience.

You mention everyone always listens to the Poms. Well this is an Expat forum so there are probably more Poms than Aussies so it might seem like this is the case but I'm not sure it actually is. There are other Aussies on here who people "listen to" like Vash the Stampede or JadnRich or MrsDragboy...so I think people do listen to other Aussies on here, it just might not seem like it.

Please do not take it to heart, take a break and continue posting. We need all the different viewpoints on here, even if we don't always agree.

Anyways, that's my two penneth worth, obviosuly only you can decide;)

It's ok to delete threads so long as you are told why. It must be really annoying when one is deleted and your not told the reason. Don't go Aussie_pride you only let the trolls and nazis win if you go. What was it somone famous once said? something like "All that is necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men do nothing"

how the poms have no skills and anything that is done out of Aus is not standard to standard as aus sets the world standards at everything there possibly is....

or was you saying as your from out of the Aus your opinion means jack and all your experience and qualifications mean the same.

Do aussies get that treatment in Uk it would be good to know.

you know poms dont take criticism well, and are a very sensitive nation, slowly being diluted the labour government.

I know i said i would not reply to this post bit i would like to make a public apology to the Admins on there they sent me a pm and now i can see why they delited it,and they did have good reason as i took a quote from some -one's post and it was not in good taste so well done to the admins and thanks

we need pure ozzy people who know what the hell they are talking about. I have three sisiters in oz two have settled fantastic but one hasn't yet so I know what you mean about same problems and stuff.
