Hi there and welcome to BE.

I have slightly altered your title to better reflect your query.

Hopefully someone will be along shortly to give you some guidance .

If you are under 30 have you considered a working holiday visa as a way to travel to and experience another country for a while.

Hi,

BEVS is right - your best plan is a WHV. Currently, there is very little sponsorship for any trades associated with the mining industry.

Good Luck

I don't know why, but the 'thanks man' and your reply tickled me (maybe because I'm also of the older female variety!)
