For those who may want to buy a car in Brisbane
I was advised by welsh billy boy that an auction would be a good place to check out, as we don't have a great deal of money for one so I have found this website
www.auto-group.com.au
they have ex fleet and ex council cars, we hope to get them inspected before hand.

Carrianne you read my mind!
We're in Brisbane to and want a decent second hand car too but don't have alot to spend. A local told me that the QRAC (Queensland RAC) will give second hand cars a complete check for $120.
Thanks for the website

Great sites - thanks for those.
Do they have an equivalent of the Car Price Guide books we have over here. We will need something as a guide to prices as we wont have a clue when we arrive!

Mrs Dagboy, What did we do before you? Thanks a lot for that link, now I can go to the dealers, looking like I know what I should pay at least!
