For those Skilled Ind. who have already had med requests
this is for Skilled Ind who are not on the demand list.............
To assist us med waiters.......... any chance you could let us know when u applied and when u had ure meds request.......

We applied 26th Nov 2002 and got a letter dated 01 May 2003 with med requests so 5 months

MEDS
hi Lisa and Andy, We applied December 2002, got request for meds, work references and de-facto stuff on june 10th 2003, sent references and de-facto stuff in the middle of june. Our meds went away july 31st as it was a nightmare getting appointments quickly.
The MODL list changes like the weather, one minute your on it ,then your off it, then your on it. Seems if your a nurse you are sorted, but i aint. They're processing times are mega scarey quick.
I'm sure i was on the list to start off with and request only took 6 months for medicals, but we're having to slog it out now for the final furlong.
