For those in Qld, need a trivial favour.
Help.
Noticed Qld has just gone onto number plates starting with J for the first letter, ie 555 JAC.
My 8 year old called jack saw one and is now hell bent on getting an old jeep I have done up registered all of a sudden
Trouble is qld regstration cant tell us which office has the JAC or JAK number plates its pot luck, when you are 8 pot luck is just not good enough so if anones seen or bought a car with the latest release J plates , pleeese let us know which registration office has them.
Cheers

Would it not be cheaper overall to buy a personalised plate from PPQ for $395 IF this avoids all the other costs associated with registering an old vehicle?

Cheers for replies
I've done it up to use at Fraser Island over Easter/ surfboards on weekends etc so was going to register it anyway, the JAK thing is just an added bonus. Probably would not pay for a personal number plate for it, at $395 the number plate would be worth more than the car Its mechanically safe but definately not pretty.
